Billie Faiers will join her sister Sam Faiers' reality TV show 'The Mummy Dairies' permanently after bosses asked her step in to help "spice up" the forthcoming series.

The former 'The Only Way is Essex' star will have to share her airtime with her sibling this time around as producers want to make the third instalment a "family affair" - similar to the Kardashians' E! show 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' - now that Billie has two-year-old daughter Nelly and six-month-old son Arthur and Sam has 21-month-old son Paul.

A source told The Sun Online: "Sam will be joined by her sister Billie in the new series of the 'Mummy Diaries'.

"There will be a Kardashians flavour to it this time - two sisters bringing up their broods and all the challenges and adventures they get up to together as a family.

"Billie has a great sense of humour and fans of 'The Mummy Diaries' saw her baby boy Arthur moments after being born and hilarious scenes of her trying to sleep train her daughter Nellie.

"Sam and Billie are extremely close and their onscreen chemistry is fantastic, the girls were only too happy to star together and make it more about the Faiers family as a whole."

The programme will also document Sam's second pregnancy and will hit screens shortly after she's given birth later this year but, unfortunately it'll go head-to-head with her best friend Ferne McCann's new show, as the brunette beauty has also agreed to let the cameras into her life.

Ferne - who is pregnant with her first child - is currently shooting her new currently-untitled show, but not much, apart from the fact it'll capture her transition into motherhood, is known about it.

A source said recently: "Ferne had a difficult decision to make about putting her pregnancy on screen, but in the end she couldn't resist the offers. Her pal Sam Faiers and Made in Chelsea's Binky Felstead have proven that baby shows can be a smart career move."
