Britney Spears is the first participant on Neil Patrick Harris' 'Voices In Your Head' segment of new entertainment show Best Time Ever, airing on NBC in the US and born from Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway.

The performer had to do everything that Harris said, with the host and his friend Joe Jonas directing Spears through a concealed earpiece during the segment, and at times, Britney even made up her own rules to make things even more awkward for the unsuspecting bodyguards.

Interviewing several men for the role, Britney held out her hand for the first to kiss it as they met, and when Andrew Opal told her he was the strongest in the whole military, she had to put on a ditzy persona and ask, 'Stronger than TANKS?'

Another candidate, Keith Manning was greeted with Britney's catchphrase, 'It's Britney bitch', before he went to sit down with Spears repeatedly changing her mind as to where she wanted him to sit.

Wesley Patterson was the third bodyguard interviewed, whom she compared to 'superheroes' Batman and Scooby-Doo after showing off her impressive water bottle juggling skills.

Each of the bodyguards were then brought out to Britney's Las Vegas Piece Of Me stage, with Opal instructed to find the 'kind of dangerous' object hidden in the audience seating zone. Not told what was hidden, Britney was visibly laughing when he did discover the cactus hidden amongst the chairs.

The sketch ended with Britney's backup dancers emerging from a tent to perform with her and the bodyguards instructed to protect her at all costs. Whilst Opal and Manning seemed lost at what to do, Patterson joined in with the dancers and began to show off his dance moves, leaving Harris and Jonas in stitches.
