The former 'Strictly Come Dancing' winner - who will present the next series of 'The X Factor' With Olly, with the pair taking over from Dermot O'Leary - has revealed their first introduction was short and sweet but they had great chemistry with another from the start.

Caroline said: "We'd only met for 15 minutes before we started working together on our first day on 'The Xtra Factor' but we're both quite similar in that we like getting on with people and we see the positive in situations. We're both quite flirty."

Caroline and Olly have just started work on the audition stage for the next run of 'The X Factor' and she insists they've picked up from where they left off on 'The Xtra Factor'.

Speaking to the Metro newspaper, she said: "I've only done one day so far but it was nice to be back with Olly Murs. He's like a Duracell bunny. He just keeps on going and he's a hard worker and just nice to be around."

Simon Cowell is shaking things up on the singing contest this year and as well as replacing host Dermot he is also believed to have swapped veteran judge Louis Walsh for BBC Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw.

The final spot on the judging panel is up for grabs and Caroline thinks Paloma Faith would be a great replacement for the departing Mel B.

She said: "I think someone like Paloma Faith would be good; or Lenny Kravitz, purely because he's so hot!

"You don't know what people are like until they give it a go. It's like when Danni Minogue started - no one would have said she'd be a great judge - so you don't know."
