The 21-year-old reality TV star - the daughter of Danny Dyer - was left devastated earlier this week when she was forced to quit 'Survival of the Fittest' after she dislocated her shoulder during a challenge, but her time on TV is far from over as bosses have promised her a place on the line up of their sister show this summer.

A source told the Daily Star newspaper: "Producers saw in the brief time they got to know Dani that she is sure fire TV gold like her dad.

"She is funny, sharp and sexy, in many ways she is the perfect Love Islander."

Viewers saw Dani injure herself over the weekend - just one day after setting foot in the South African wild - when she slipped headfirst down a slide.

She was initially treated on site by medics before being whisked off to hospital.

ITV confirmed that Dani was being removed from the competition at the weekend because it involves so many physical challenges and she isn't fit enough to continue.

A spokesperson said at the time: "Dani injured her shoulder during the recording of a challenge. She was attended to by on site medics and taken to hospital as a precautionary measure. As 'Survival Of The Fittest' involves physical challenges which she wouldn't be able to take part in, Dani isn't in a position to be able to return to The Lodge and will therefore leave the show."

However, although she was devastated, Danny was thrilled his "baby girl" was returning to London because he couldn't handle another three weeks of her on the show.

He said on Instagram: "Live and Let Live baby girl. Taken out by a b******y slide. Don't think my heart could have taken another 3 weeks of that caper. #proud (sic)."
