Danielle O'Hara has admitted to being afraid of heights.
The 30-year-old model has be forced to plunge herself into the water from a diving board as she takes part in Tom Daley's ITV show, but she admits she signed up to the programme in a bid to conquer her fear and is "enjoying" training so far.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, she said: "It's [Splash!] been terrifying because I'm actually scared of heights. I think that's one of the reasons I wanted to do it, to try and overcome my fear. It's been really, really hard work. I am enjoying it though."
The brunette beauty - who gave birth to her third child George in August last year - has been forced to wear an all-in-one swimming costume, along with the other celebrity female contestants, instead of a bikini after an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction happened on the show last year.
She explained: "Everyone's wearing swimsuits, no-one's wearing bikinis because there was an accident last year."
Danielle - who also has sons Archie, three, and Harry, two, with her soccer star husband Jamie O'Hara - admits training for the diving show has been tough as she's trying to juggle three children and an intense training routine.
Speaking at the VIP launch of Cirque Du Soleil's 'Quidam' on Tuesday night (08.01.14), she said: "obviously it's a lot harder with three. It's quite stressful as I'm not getting much sleep. I won't get home until quite late."
