Dave Myers has 'shapely legs' thanks to his time on 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The Hairy Bikers chef - who was booted off the competition last night (10.11.13) - doesn't regret taking part in the BBC One show because his wife, Liliana, adores his new frame.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, he said: "I couldn't have done 'Strictly' without shedding some timber first really, I was obese.
"I've lost a lot off my waist, which I needed to - and I look at my legs now and they're quite shapely.
"Liliana is finding my legs more shapely, but she's not so happy with my fake tan, it stops in certain places so I've always got white trunks on."
The 55-year-old star insists taking part on 'Strictly Come Dancing' provides a better work out than spending six gruelling hours in the gym because you don't notice you are shedding the extra pounds.
He explained: "Your body changes very quickly when you're spending six hours in the gym with a professional dancer. I would never be able to do that in my normal life because you do the work without noticing it."
