David Beckham will make his first on-screen interview appearance since retiring on 'The Jonathan Ross Show'.

The footballing legend hung up his boots earlier this year, after playing his final match for French side Paris Saint Germain in May, and hasn't spoke about the retirement as of yet.

However, it has now been revealed the former Manchester United and Los Angeles Galaxy star will be chatting to ITV talk show host Jonathan Ross later this year.

The 38-year-old star - who has fourth child, Brooklyn, 14, Romeo, 11, Cruz, eight, and two-year-old Harper with wife Victoria Beckham - will appear on the 10th episode of the current series of the talk show alongside actor Will Ferrell, who will be talking about his new film 'Anchorman 2'.

David was last on 'The Jonathan Ross Show' in February 2012 when he claimed he had no plan to retire anytime soon.

He told Jonathan: "I still feel great, I still feel fit, I still feel healthy and while I still feel like I do, I want to continue to play.

"I don't want to finish playing yet, I love the game and if I didn't enjoy it as much as I did when I was 21 then I'd know it was time to stop."
