With the rise of streaming services across the globe, Disney have decided to get on board with the craze and revealed DisneyLife - their own take on a service which will allow subscribers to instantly access a wide range of content usually tucked away in Disney's vault.

The video on demand service will launch this November in the UK, and include Pixar's entire catalog of films, costing £9.99 a month for users.

Bob Iger, Disney CEO said to Variety: "This is the future, in many respects. We're seeing more and more opportunities to reach consumers wanting product in different ways."

Though subscribers will get to watch a lot of what's included in the Disney universe, those movies and series that fall under Marvel and Star Wars, as well as the Indiana Jones movies, won't be included, but Iger isn't ruling out bringing them to the streaming world in the future.

DisneyLife's launch in the UK will be followed by launches across Europe in the months to come, but those in North America and Canada aren't likely to find the option to get involved, as Disney has streaming deals with Netflix in both countries.
