Dom Joly wanted laser tag guns for Christmas.
The 46-year-old comedian would love to receive some of the hand-held infrared-emitting devices because he has always wanted to set up a laser tag arena on his farm in the Cotswolds, south west England, to take on his friends.
He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I've got several things on my Christmas wish list.
"I want to buy some proper professional laser tag-type guns and I've found a place in the Midlands which makes them.
"Everyone gets a gun and then you put that thing on and shoot them. Because I've got this farm and it is literally a ready-made laser tag site, so I'm going to get some of them but my wife really disapproves because she's a Canadian pacifist. I've tried to explain it's only lasers, it's not actually killing anyone.
"As I'm in the country I should be blasting animals with shotguns but I'm not into that, I'm more of a laser tag-type.
"Technically it would be for my kids but it's really for me and my friends.
"Usually when you do it with other people there are a couple of nutters in there who hit you over the head when the lights go out. I'd much rather do it in my own environment."
As well as the laser tag guns, the 'Fool Britannia' star wants Father Christmas to bring him a golf cart so he can drive to his laser tag site and other areas of his huge farm.
He added: "I want a golf cart because I've just moved into a farm in the Cotswolds and I've always liked the idea of driving around my land on a golf cart."
