Flavia Cacace and Vincent Simone

Flavia Cacace and Vincent Simone

Flavia Cacace used to hate watching her performances back on 'Strictly Come Dancing'.

The professional dancer - who won the 10th series of the BBC One dancing competition with Olympic athlete Louis Smith last year - admits she would be too overly critical of her own performances if she ever recorded them, and so did her best to steer clear.

She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I loved performing on there and generally I love the performance element but I didn't like to watch myself back even when I used to compete, we used to sometimes record ourselves, I'd never enjoy watching, so everyone is different.

"I get a much bigger buzz actually performing rather than watching, I tend to just pick at myself, but obviously I very much enjoy watching everybody else."

Flavia and her professional dancing partner Vincent Simone both quit 'Strictly' ahead of the current series to work on new projects together, but she admits he used to love watching himself back on the programme.

She added: "It's funny because Vincent tends to enjoy watching much more than I do, I tend to be one of those people.

"He enjoys watching his performances - everyone's different."

As well as appearing in several new projects, Vincent and Flavia have found time to teach Groupon bidders to Cha Cha Cha in an exclusive ballroom dance lesson over the weekend to raise awareness for breast cancer charity CoppaFeel!
