The 'This Morning' presenter was blown away by the rave reviews she received when she dropped her first guide 'Truly Happy Baby' last year - 18 months after she gave birth to her third child Chester - so has decided to do another which will cover the next stage of parenting - weaning babies and introducing them to "wonderful" food.

Taking to her Instagram account, she said: "Exciting news... I'm SO thrilled to announce my new book, Truly Scrumptious Baby, is coming out in September! I was overwhelmed by the incredible response to Truly Happy Baby from fellow mums, so I hope this new book will be just as helpful, arming you with everything you need as you take the next step in your parenting adventure - weaning your little one and introducing them to the wonderful world of food! 'Truly Scrumptious Baby' won't hit book shelves or be available to buy online until September 7 - although fans can pre-order from now - and will cost £16.99.

The blonde beauty - who also has Harry, eight, and Belle, six, with her husband Dan Baldwin - has admitted she put the book together because she remembers how "daunting" she found it when she had to wean her children onto food at six months old.

She explained: "The thought of weaning can be daunting to the most self-assured mums and dads. I know I felt that way, even with my third! But while every baby is different, one thing is the same for all parents: the importance of serving them delicious, nutritious dishes with minimal fuss and maximum benefits."

'Truly Scrumptious Baby' will be packed full of good nutrition advice - such as techniques, equipment, ages and stages of what they can have and when.

Holly will also be sharing her go-to recipes for the key stages in the first 15 months that are packed with goodness and won't "break the bank."

She added: "I've also provided recipes for the months and years that follow, including sections on feeding the entire family and the perfect things to serve at party time."
