Honey Boo Boo has become a phenomenon over in America, with the breakout star of Toddlers In Tiaras embedding herself in pop culture and making her a household name. Now her show is making its way across the pond to the UK, along with the rest of the TLC channel that broadcasts her show 'Hers Comes Honey Boo Boo' in America.
TLC aren’t going to rest on their laurels though and are setting about commissioning brand new shows for the UK, including shows starring Dawn O’Porter, Lisa Snowden and Holly Valance.
Lisa Snowden will be trying to help boyfriends and husbands completely re-do their partner’s wardrobes in ‘Your Style In His Hands’, Dawn O’Porter will be looking at how much parents really know about their teenagers get up to when they’re not around in ‘Undercover Mums’ and Holly Valance will be part of the judging team on ‘Ultimate Shopper’, a show where self-proclaimed fashionistas will be put to the test.
The channel will also bring over the highly controversial Breaking Amish and Oprah’s Next Chapter, a show which has already seen some incredibly high profile guests over the last couple of years.
