James Argent was reported missing after not being seen since 3am on Friday (29.08.14) - but despite fears is "safe and well".
The 'TOWIE' star - who hadn't been seen after leaving his home in Woodford Green, Essex to meet his agent at the airport, but he has now made contact to let his mother know he's OK.
His agent Neil Dobias has confirmed he has been in touch to let his family know he is "safe and well", following fears after he wasn't heard from since the early hours on Friday.
In a previous statement, police had confirmed: "His family and friends knew him to be at his home address at the time.
"Obviously he has left home but it is not known where to. It is unusual according to his family and his agent."
The reality TV star had left home at 3am to meet his agent Neil at the airport.
Neil's statement said: "James Argent left home at 3am on Friday morning to meet his agent at the airport to catch a flight for work abroad.
"When he didn't turn up he was reported missing by his family who are understandably concerned."
Meanwhile, James' final message on Twitter - which was posted on Thursday (28.08.14) - mentioned missing a friend in Italy.
He wrote: "I really miss my old pal @LydiaRoseBright will you hurry up and get back from Italy ASAP! #Needy x."
