The former 'Celebrity Big Brother' star is on a 12-month suspended sentence after he was found guilty of beating Stephanie Davis earlier this year, but he may have landed himself in hot water once again after he told his probation officers he won't remove the artwork as he believes the spray-painted wall was created by famous artist Banksy.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "He has refused to scrub graffiti because he believes the artwork is a Banksy - and he's told officials.

"A decision is yet to be made about Jeremy and how he will continue his community service going forward. He could end up in real trouble over it."

It's believed the 28-year-old star was ordered to undertake one of three tasks; decorating council-owned areas, working in a charity shop or removing graffiti.

The hunk reportedly chose the latter and was moved to Scotland to start his service.

A source said recently: "Jeremy has now moved to Cardiff and will start his community service next week. He's living with 'Make Or Break' contestant and friend Richard Cull. They've been friends for a long time and Rich has help him through a difficult year."

As well as his community service, Jeremy was also ordered to pay £1,000 in court costs, £1,000 in compensation to Stephanie and a victims surcharge of £115.

He's also been told to stay away from Stephanie, 24, for three years and any communication regarding their nine-month-old son Caben has to be done via social services, solicitors or the family court.
