Joe Calzaghe is supporting his ex Kristina Rihanoff on this year's 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The retired boxer was partnered with the blonde beauty when he competed on the BBC One show in 2009 and while the pair split earlier this year after dating for four years, Joe has stated he still wants her to win the show this year.
Speaking at the premiere of 'The Hardy Bucks Movie' in London's Leicester Square last night (07.11.13), he told BANG Showbiz: "I wish her the best and I hope she goes on to win because she deserves it, she's a great person and a great dancer and nothing has changed regarding that."
Despite wishing his ex-partner well on the show, Joe admitted he's not a big 'Strictly' fan, but doesn't regret taking part.
When asked if he tunes into the programme, he said: "No. 'Strictly', of course not. I don't watch that. I didn't watch that after I got kicked out!
"I suppose you learn a lot about yourself when you're doing something you're not good at ... but yeah it was good fun, also I met Kris on the show didn't I so it was good times."
The former middleweight champion has suggested he may have been more successful on 'I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!'
He said: "I would probably do a bit better in the jungle, I pretty much eat anything so maybe that wouldn't be a problem."
