Lady Gaga has revealed she's the latest star to sign up for James Corden's incredible viral hit from the Late Late Show, Carpool Karaoke.

Sharing a picture of herself with the chat show host, she tweeted that their skit would be "coming soon", and the pair "had a lil' fun".

Adele, Britney Spears, Mariah Carey and Sia are just some of the huge names that have taken part in Carpool Karaoke in the past, with First Lady Michelle Obama even stepping into the vehicle with Corden for a once-in-a-lifetime guided tour of the White House gardens.

The singers that have done the sketch so far have debuted new material with Corden, as well as revisiting some of their most famous hits.

Gaga joins Corden ahead of the release of her new studio album 'Joanne', which drops on October 21.

It'll come after the star dropped new promotional single 'Million Reasons' - the follow-up to first cut 'Perfect Illusion' - during her small intimate tour of 'dive bars' throughout the United States.

It was also revealed earlier this week that Gaga would be stepping into the Super Bowl in February 2017, to headline the famous Halftime Show. She follows Coldplay's 2016 performance and Katy Perry's Super Bowl debut in 2015.
