Lauren Goodger doesn't regret leaving 'The Only Way is Essex'.

The reality star quit the show last year to take part in ITV's 'Dancing on Ice' in a bid to launch her showbiz career even further, but despite failing to secure a spot on the first round of the skating show, the blonde beauty believes she made the right decision to quit 'TOWIE'.

Speaking in an interview with the latest issue of new! magazine, she said: "Don't get me wrong, it's sad because I have lots of happy memories from doing it, but I've moved on."

Lauren, 25 - who is best known for her 10-year on/off relationship with former co-star and ex-boyfriend Mark Wright, who is now dating 'Coronation Street' actress Michelle Keegan - hasn't ruled out returning to the BAFTA-winning ITV2 show in the future but doesn't think it will be any time in the near future.

She explained: "I don't think [I'll return to 'TOWIE'] but who knows. Never say never. I haven't really watched it, but I heard the new series had a great start, so good luck to everyone doing it."

Lauren previously claimed producers left the door open for her to come back to 'TOWIE' whenever she wanted.

She said: "It's always open. When I left and did 'Dancing On Ice', they said if I wanted to come back they'd love to have me back."
