The former 'The Only Way is Essex' star has admitted she would like to try her hand at another reality TV show and would "enjoy" testing her strength and would even be prepared to drink her own urine on the ITV show, which is helmed by the British adventurer Bear Grylls, because she can actually "do something".

However, one television series she would not appear on is 'Celebrity Big Brother'.

Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz about her preferred show to appear on, the blonde beauty said: "I haven't thought about it. I think yes, if the right one came along, I think that would be amazing. There's a lot more shows now that are a lot more you're doing something rather than just being in a house. I don't think I would enjoy 'Big Brother', but I would enjoy something like the Bear Grylls show, you can go and do something."

And the TV personality-come-entrepreneur - who founded the beauty brand Hair Rehab London, and has built up her range for over nine years - would "definitely" don a glitzy costume to perfect the fox trot on 'Strictly Come Dancing'.

And Lauren thinks the best thing about hitting the ballroom floor would be getting toned from all the dancing.

Speaking about a potential stint on 'Strictly Come Dancing' the DJ said: "Oh yes, definitely. I think that's the one everyone wants to do. People always play it down but I think that's the one everyone loves doing. It's fun and you'd come away with a banging body, everyone that comes out of it has this toned and tight body."

Meanwhile, Lauren wants to return to 'The Only Way Is Essex', which she appeared on for five years before calling it a day in 2015, but admitted her only "genuine" friend left in the programme is Vas Morgan, something which is stopping her from getting the call to go back.

Speaking about whether she has completely closed the door on going back to the ITVBe programme, she said: "No, not at all, and I'd like to think they haven't from their side either.

"My only genuine friend on it now is Vas so you kind of need a group really, I think, to go back on it."

Lauren Pope has collaborated with the clothing brand Vavavoom to produce an edit of her favourite garments.
