Giving fans a full-length teaser trailer for the upcoming Luke Cage series, debuting in September, along with short teasers for both Iron Fist and The Defenders, there's plenty to chew on ahead of their releases later this year and into 2017...

Luke Cage

Following a botched experiment that left him with super strength and unbreakable skin, Luke Cage (Mike Colter) tries to rebuild his life in Harlem, New York City, but is hunted by those who see him as a fugitive on the run. Living in the shadows, Cage is forced to step out into the light and confront a past he'd hoped was buried when unimaginable threats try to take down his city.

Iron Fist

Finn Jones steps into the role of Danny Rand, a man fighting against all of the odds to regain everything he lost as a child.

Jones said to EW of the role: "I love the character. What really drew me was the character and the story. I really enjoy how he's a superhero with a real heart but has spiritual elements as well. I think it's going to be an exciting character to play because there's this contraction of on one hand, he's from a very wealthy family, he's a billionaire, on the other hand he's been in this world of K'un-Lun for a long time where he's learned kung fu and buddhist philosophy. There's a contradiction in those elements that's going to be really fun to play."

The Defenders

Next year, Marvel's The Defenders will bring together Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist as the four superheroes face the biggest threat to meet them head-on yet. Whilst details on just who that threat may be are kept tightly under wraps, it's sure to be one heck of a ride.

Luke Cage debuts on Netflix on September 30. A third season of Daredevil has also been announced.
