The Saturdays singer filled in for the show's anchor Lorraine Kelly for five days at the beginning of the month while she was on her summer break and, while she received rave reviews from viewers, it was her spouse who had the most admiration for his partner because it was such an "early gig."

Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz at Capital's Summertime Ball, held at Wembley Stadium in London, on Saturday (10.06.17), Marvin said: "I'm so proud of Roch covering for Lorraine last week, it's mad because it is such an early gig as well, I remember the baby waking up at 6:30 and Roch was already in make-up at ITV - I don't know how Lorraine does it so early and Roch was great!

"She loved every minute and she was genuinely a fan of the guests, the girls from 'Orange is the New Black', Helen Fielding the writer of 'Bridget Jones', it was cool she got to meet those people, she did incredibly well, I'm very proud of her."

The pair - who got married in 2012 - both have highly successful careers in the entertainment industry but they have to work really hard to balance their work with their home life as they want to make sure their daughters Alaia-Mai, four, and three-month-old Valentina have a normal upbringing.

The 32-year-old hunk explained: "It's all about balancing really, the other night I had the night off after work, finished at 10 and went home, we had a few hours together.

"Alaia's here today with my radio show it's in the night time so unless I am doing stuff during the day I get to spend the daytime with the girls, it's about juggling and balancing really, we kind of make it work, Roch doesn't have a typical 9 to 5 day job either so we just do the best that we can.
