Yesterday (August 2nd, 2021), Netflix released the new trailer for thrilling drama series Money Heist, which showcased the fifth part’s first volume.

Netflix is the world's leading streaming entertainment service, with over 209 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, documentaries and feature films across a wide variety of genres and languages.

The Spanish show (which has been dubbed in English in this new trailer) focuses on a criminal mastermind, who goes by the name The Professor (Álvaro Morte), has a plan to pull of the biggest heist in recorded history: to print billions of euros in the Royal Mint of Spain.

In order for him to successfully complete his plan, he needs help. He recruits eight people with certain useful abilities who have nothing to lose by joining this mission.

The unruly team of thieves take hostages to use as leverage in their negotiations with authorities, who are focused on a plan to capture The Professor.

As time goes on, the group of robbers, thieves and kidnappers prepare themselves for a showdown with the police.

Part five of the series will release in two parts, with the first releasing on Netflix in September.

The now restless crew have been shut in the Bank of Spain for over 100 hours; they have managed to rescue Lisbon, but the darkest moments are yet to cloud over them after losing on of their own.

The Professor has been captured by Sierra (Najwa Nimri) and, for the first time ever, he has no plan to get himself out of trouble.

When the gang feel like nothing more could falter, an enemy arrives on the scene that is far more powerful than anything they have faced before: the Army.

The end of the greatest heist in history is in sight, and what started as a robbery, will seemingly end in a war.

The trailer for part five of Money Heist shows the team to be on the ropes; each member looks tired, angry and even afraid, as their once simple plan has been tarnished and burnt, reduced to ashes.

Will the crew face the end of their journey with hope? Will they be alive long enough to see the aftermath of what they’ve done? Only time will tell...

Money Heist (part five, volume one) will arrive on Netflix on September 3rd, 2021. The second volume will hit the streaming service on December 3rd, 2021.
