The 'This Morning' star is keen to take part in the Latin and ballroom competition but is worried his other work means he won't have the time.

He said: "I'm being bullied to do 'Strictly Come Dancing'. I'd love to do it but it's a very big time commitment."

The 29-year-old presenter - who shot to fame on 'The X Factor' in 2012 - believes part of the key to his successful TV career is not saying yes to everything he's approached to be a part of.

He said: "I'm in a very lucky position and this could all end in the morning. Five years in telly is like 50.

"It's more what you say no to rather than what you say yes to.

"If I'd said yes to everything then I don't think I'd be doing what I'm doing now."

And Rylan feels "lucky" to have carved out a long career in the wake of the talent show and thinks it helps that he's a nice person.

He said: "I'm lucky and I wasn't an a**ehole. I don't care if you're a runner or you own the f***ing channel, I will treat you the same.

"Some people aren't like that and I think, I don't know how the f**k you got to where you are because you're not even that talented. If someone crosses me then I'll rip them to pieces though."

Though the 'Big Brother's Bit on the Side' host - who is married to Dan Clark-Neal - adores his job, it can be frustrating that he's always recognised wherever he goes.

He told OK! magazine: "The worst thing [about being famous] is being 6ft 4in with a fake set of teeth so I just cannot hide in public anywhere. If I had a pound for every selfie I've done I would be richer than Bill Gates and I would retire."
