The 25-year-old television personality, who gave birth to her nine-month old son Paul Tony in December last year, has admitted she hasn't left her little tot's side since he was born and hasn't had a "date night" with her partner Paul Knightley for almost a year.

Speaking to The Mail Online about how her lifestyle has changed since being a parent, she said: "I've not had a night off since I had the baby. Not had date night or anything."

However the former 'The Only Way Is Essex' star - who quit the popular ITVBe show in 2014 after 11 series - has admitted she has chosen to stop her previous partying ways to spend time with her child because she doesn't want to miss out on any of the "precious" moments with her son.

She explained: "Paul is so supportive and since meeting him I've taken a step back from the usual. I don't do the party scene anymore and I just do what's nice.

"That's my own choice. I've enjoyed every second of being a mum because I think this time is so precious. People comment and say you need a night out and I say I'm not ready. It will happen but it's one of those things, isn't it?

"All mums are different and everyone has different ways of parenting. I had a dinner with the girls but I was home by 11. I haven't had a night or a proper night out. I've had a few glasses of Prosecco or wine with dinner but the baby's with me all the time so I can't have more than two."

And the mother of one - who is set to release the new ITVBe documentary 'The Mummy Diaries', which is a follow-up to 'The Baby Diaries' that saw her prepare for the birth - is looking forward to the time her and her beau can have a romantic night out.

She said: "I've not missed it. I do look forward to a date night with Paul now that the baby's eating and having snacks. He doesn't rely on me so much for the milk, so me and Paul can start thinking about date night as well."
