Sarah Harding still hasn't recovered from her fall on 'The Jump'.

The 34-year-old singer ruptured a ligament in her knee in February after she landed awkwardly while competing in the dangerous winter sports show but, despite undergoing six months of physio, she's still battling with the painful joint.

Speaking on 'This Morning' on Friday (19.08.16), she said: "I'm still struggling with my knee. I can't go to the gym as much as I was able to; I still have to do another month of physio, that's had to go on hold at the moment. I'm walking again; I was in a knee brace full time so I couldn't really go the gym.

"But I'm gradually getting back to toning up again because I like to go to the gym, it gives me energy and it makes me feel good."

And, although she can now walk on the damaged knee without extreme pain, Sarah was forced to turn down a number of exciting television projects for a good few months.

She told BANG Showbiz earlier this year: "It's quite tough and tiring but it's just niggling really. They've told me because I didn't tear a ligament that there won't be any permanent damage. I don't need to have an operation or anything because I was quite fit anyway. I just need to retrain the muscles. But right now a few things are on hold because I'm quite limited to what I can do."

But it's not just her work schedule that has been affected by the injury as her fashion sense has also taken a battering.

She explained: "I can't wear heels at the moment. I have done a couple of times but I'm wiped out the next day. I can't really wear them that often. If I do, I have to ice my knee straight away afterwards. I can't wear them for a long block of time."
