The former 'Gogglebox' star can't believe how much her life has changed since she won 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' last November but she's excited about her new jobs, including hosting dating show 'Streetmate', working with Alan Carr on an entertainment programme and landing her dream role alongside Ant and Dec on 'Saturday Night Takeaway'.

She said: "Not in a million years did I think the jungle would open all these doors.

"To be honest, I'm still in shock at winning.

"The jungle gave me a new-found confidence so I think it makes doing ['Saturday Night Tkeaway'] that little bit easier.

"I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a bit nervous.

"But the excitement is overpowering the nerves. I just want to enjoy every minute.

"If I go wrong, hopefully me and the audience can all laugh along together."

And the 26-year-old star is "overwhelmed" at the thought of working with her TV idols every week.

She told HELLO! magazine: "Working with Ant and Dec is unbelievable. They are my absolute heroes. Some of my favourite memories are being at home belly-laughing with the family watching 'Saturday Night Takeaway'. Knowing I'm part of that is overwhelming. Whenever their name is tagged on to something, you can just sit back and relax. You know you're in safe hands. You know it will just be funny. My sister is only 10, but she can watch everything they do - they appeals to both adults and children.

"And they're very relatable - they're proper northern blokes."
