The former 'X Factor' contestant - who is set to appear on the winter sport's competition alongside Joey Essex, 'Jackass' star Steve-O and 'Gogglebox' regular Dom Parker - admitted she has worried for her safety while practising for the show, which begins on Channel 4 on Sunday February 1 at 7pm.

The 25-year-old star - who has also appeared on 'I'm A Celebrity.. Get Me Out Of Here' - is more terrified about her stint on 'The Jump' as she is already covered in bruises from training and fears her natural clumsiness could be hazardous on the slopes.

She said: "I feel like I could die here. The skeleton is the scariest thing I've done in my life.

"When I was in the jungle for I'm a Celebrity, I knew I wasn't going to get hurt, whereas falling off the edge of a mountain could kill you. I'm naturally so clumsy.

"I just tripped over a chair - I'm not even on the slopes and I'm still hurting myself. I've got bruises from training where I never thought you could get bruises."

The mum of two - who has Zachary, six, and Leighton, two - is looking forward to a confidence boost when the pair fly out to join her for the start of the series.

She told The Sun newspaper: "The boys won't be scared watching me do the events. They're boys, so they'll be like, 'Wooo!' And if I'm rubbish, they'll say, 'Oh whatever Mum, we could have done that better'."

Although the brunette beauty is terrified of hurting herself, she insists she won't be following in the footsteps of former 'The Only Way Is Essex' star Amy Childs - who was eliminated from the first season of the show last year after refusing to try the smallest ski jump.

She said: "I am the least sporty person ever, but I'm really trying hard at this. I'm being really careful, not overdoing it or showing off.

"I'm not going to back out like Amy Childs did. What's the point in coming here and not doing it? What a waste."
