Stranger Things continues to deliver titbits of information to its fans about the upcoming second season, following the huge success of the series upon its debut on streaming service Netflix last year.

Now with Will returning to Hawkins, everything seems to have gone back to normal, but the residents of the small town have only scratched the surface of the darkness that lurks, threatening to consume all of them.

Netflix have this week unveiled five new first look images following the release of a short teaser during the Super Bowl, which you can check out below:

In them we see Will seemingly struggling with his integration back into the real world, whilst his mother does her best to find out if there’s anything still wrong with him. The youngsters are also dressed in their best Ghostbusters get-up, while Chief of Police Jim Hopper looks worried about something or other… Perhaps it’s the return of Eleven that’s got under his skin?

Stranger Things Season 2 comes to Netflix on Halloween (October 31), 2017.
