The American reality TV star has reportedly offered Channel 5 bosses an ultimatum to either allow her to return to the house, after apologising for pro-Hitler comments, or she will file a lawsuit to get her £100,000 fee for the show.

According to TMZ, Tila believes she should be let back in the house after being axed after just one day when comments she made in 2013 in support of the Nazi leader were uncovered.

Tila is said to believe that bosses planned the shock exit in a bid to boost ratings. Her representative tells the gossip website that producers did a full background search on her before signing her up for the show and would have known that her controversial comments were easily available online.

Tila is said to be in talks with bosses about a return to the show, but is also open to suing for her full pay.

In a statement, Tila begged for forgiveness over her Hitler comments.

She said: "I am in no way, shape or form a racist nor anti-Semitic and absolutely 100 per cent not a Nazi supporter. It was a careless mistake I made in 2013 while suffering severe depression, drug addiction and being suicidal. That is not the woman I have grown up to be today and the loving mother I have become.

"I humbly ask for forgiveness from everyone I may have hurt or offended. I just want a second chance at life to start over and be given a chance to fix my wrongs. It will be a work in progress but I want to do this so that my daughter will be proud of me one day, and have a positive strong role model in her life and that starts with me.

"I hope that 'Celebrity Big Brother' will give me a second chance."
