Liv Tyler 'Proud' Of Dad Steven's American Idol Debut

Actress Liv Tyler "really enjoyed" her rocker dad Steven's debut on the panel of American Idol last week (ends23Jan11), revealing she's "so proud" of the star's new judging role.

The Aerosmith frontman made his much-anticipated first appearance on the TV show when the latest season kicked off in the U.S. last Wednesday (19Jan11), alongside Randy Jackson and the series' other new face, Jennifer Lopez.

Liv Tyler was watching and she's raved about her father's new job.

Speaking to reporters at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah, she says, "I love it. I just have so much fun watching it. I felt so proud. I thought they were so good all together. I really enjoyed it a lot."
