'X Factor' beauty Maria Lawson is reportedly set to sign a £1m record deal.

A host of music companies are said to be keen to sign the singer – even though she was booted off the popular talent show three weeks ago.

The stunning 30-year-old star – who skipped her honeymoon to appear in the TV singing contest – is already charging £8,000 per personal appearance.

A source is quoted in Britain's The Sun newspaper as saying: "She's going from strength to strength. Her career really is on the up.”

"She's getting £8,000 a night while the rest of the finalists get just £150 for their performances on a Saturday evening."

If sexy Maria signs the deal, it means she could end up earning as much as the eventual winner of the 'X Factor', who will win a lucrative record deal with Sony BMG.

The ‘X Factor’ final will take place later this month.
