Celebrity Big Brother continues this week, and tonight's episode (January 18) will show David Gest leaving the house.

A Channel 5 spokesperson revealed: "Due to medical reasons, David Gest has decided to leave the Celebrity Big Brother House. His exit will appear in tonight's show on Channel 5 at 9pm."
David has been seen going to a spare room in the house on multiple occasions this series because of his health, though just what is wrong with him has not yet been disclosed.
Celebrity Big Brother continues daily on Channel 5.
