The property magnate has reportedly split from Zoe De Mallet Morgan, whom he allegedly had an affair with while married to the presenter, just days before he's rumoured to enter the infamous house because he wants to be single for the stint.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "Grant wants to be footloose and fancy free in the house. He wants no distractions whatsoever.

"It's a ruthless move but he has a habit of making harsh decisions, both with relationships and business. Zoe is obviously deeply annoyed as she's been dumped within moments of Grant getting a sniff of the big time once again."

The film producer - who was declared bankrupt in 2010 after he racked up debts of an estimated £50 million - jumped at the chance to join the forthcoming series after bosses reportedly offered him £100,000 to take part in the show.

A source said recently: "Grant has never recovered financially since going bankrupt and the 'Big Brother' offer was too good to turn down ... It's not what he ideally wants to do but his firms aren't doing well at the moment and he's owed money by clients and suppliers."

And Grant should know what to expect when he goes on 'CBB' because his ex-wife Anthea appeared in the first ever celebrity version of 'Big Brother' 15 years ago.

The news will likely shock the 55-year-old TV presenter, who was married to Grant for 13 years.

She kicked Grant out of their Surrey home in 2013 amid allegations he'd had a year-long affair with socialite Zoe.

Anthea was granted a quickie divorce from Grant at the Central Family Court in London last October.

Meanwhile, 'Celebrity Big Brother' will hit screens on July 28 on Channel 5 at 9pm.
