He said: "It was good to hear that Vicki Michelle hasn't been seriously hurt following the incident on CBBBOTS but only goes to show how people don't think about the consequences of their actions. Ms Michelle was llucky to walk away with no injury, but losing an eye could have had devastating consequences on her future. Increasingly celebs seem unable to keep themselves out of trouble."

If Vicki did lose complete vision and go blind as a result of the attack, she could be owed and claim for £192,000 say the firm. Blinded in just one eye she could get up to £39,150 and if there were minor eye injuries she could have received £6,250 if she recovered after a few months.

However, it's also been revealed that she could be owed up to £5,875 just for the stress of the incident - will Farrah be paying out?

Update: It's been confirmed that Vicki Michelle will be pressing charges against Farrah Abraham following a huge bust up on Celebrity Big Brother's Bit On The Side.

A statement released by her agent said: "Actress Vicki Michelle MBE is this morning with Hertfordshire police and will be pressing charges against Farrah Abraham, who struck the back of her head with great force with a glass during the recording of CBBBOTS this week.

"Vicki has been in show business for 40 years and has been left in deep shock and with concussion after the attack by Ms Abraham."

Hertfordshire Police said in a statement: "Officers are continuing to make inquiries with relevant parties following the incident which occurred at Elstree Studio's on the evening of September 22. These investigations are on-going at this time. No arrests have been made."

Actress Vicki Michelle has now spoken out about the attack on Celebrity Big Brother's Bit On The Side which saw her rushed to hospital before being released without any serious injuries.

"I'm in complete and utter shock, she could have blinded me," she now says of the chaos.

Caught in the middle of a fight between reality stars Farrah Abraham and Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace on the panel show this Tuesday (September 22), Vicki compares the scenes to the infamous gunfight at the O.K. Corral.

"I'm in complete and utter shock. If I had been looking the other way I could have got it full in the face, she could have blinded me. It was awful.

"She whacked the glass hard like a discus. It was the base of the glass and it shattered in my hair. It all went off, it was like the O.K. Corral, it was like being in a Western. I couldn't believe that that was happening on national television.

"It happened in such an instance that the audience went quiet, they were stunned. They couldn't believe what they were watching. Rylan Clark, who was hosting, came up to me afterwards to see if I was alright, he was visibly upset.

"Aisleyne was crying and saying 'I'm so sorry, I blame myself', she was crying buckets. Everyone was traumatised. All the top bosses came to see me. I'm a strong woman but I was in shock."

The show temporarily went off air whilst the fight broke out, and Hertfordshire police have now contacted Vicki's agent asking if she'd like to press charges against Farrah.

Vicki also backed up Aisleyne's claim that she only ever threw her drink rather than glass.

"When the show started I was in the middle but I wasn't expecting any violence. Then Jenna Jameson and Janice Dickinson joined us on the panel.

"Things started getting heated, Farrah turned round and called her [Aisleyne] a 'hag', then Aisleyne threw her glass of Cava over Farrah and me. That happens. X Factor does it, no one is going to get hurt, it's part of the telly.

"Then Farrah lobbed two glasses, I got one so hard in the back of my head that my head went forward and back. It smashed on the back of my head. If I had been looking the other way I could have got it full in the face, she could have blinded me."

Farrah hasn't personally commented on the matter, but her spokesman did say that Farrah was also attacked whilst not naming her attacker.

"Farrah was assaulted twice and received medical attention both last night and today as a result of injuries caused by one of the assaults. The matter has now been passed on to Farrah's lawyer to handle."

Vicki says it was Janice Dickinson who tried to stop Farrah's attack by throwing a chair.

"It all happened so quickly, I didn't really know what was going on. When I lifted my head up, Farrah and Jenna walked out but Janice stayed. My daughter Lou was in the audience and it was so awful for her to see. She rushed down to try and help. She was crying a lot because she was so worried.

"Janice was screaming 'get her an ice pack, get her an ice pack'. Farrah was hurling abuse at Janice, but if Janice hadn't do that (thrown the chair), she wouldn't have stopped Farrah."

Show medics came in to help Vicki but after rewatching the footage called an ambulance so that she could be officially checked over.

Vicki's head now has a raised lump, and she explains: "The medics were asking if I was alright. I said 'I don't feel right, but let's get through the show, and then we'll address it afterwards'.

"But then they watched the replay and they saw how hard the glass hit me, and that was when they said 'no, you should go to A&E or we will call an ambulance'.

"I didn't want to go to A&E and be in there for hours so in the end a medic came out and took my blood pressure. He said 'I recommend you go to A&E,' but by this point it was 1am."

Now Vicki still feels dizzy and is planning another visit to the doctor. Her daughter has been by her side and slept in the same bed as her mum after the attack to make sure she wasn't concussed.

"I don't feel right, I feel dizzy, I've rung the doctor, so I will go and check everything is OK. I went to bed last night and my daughter Lou stayed with me, she was so worried.

"The police have been on the phone to my agent and have seen the footage and have asked if I want to press charges for assault. That is something that I am going to look at."

Celebrity Big Brother's finale airs tonight (September 24) at 9pm on Channel 5.
