Emma Willis has truly made television her home in recent years, and has this weekend been chatting about her role as host on ITV’s The Voice UK. Clearly passionate about her job, she’s said that she really hopes to return to the show for its next series, and is simply waiting on the call from ITV.

Speaking with The Sunday People, Willis explained: “If they want me back I’ll be here – 100 per cent.”

She added: “I enjoy being around the people who work on the show. It feels comfortable for me and like a home.

“I love Will’s unpredictability, I want Jennifer to be my best mate, Olly is like my little brother and Tom melts my heart. We nailed it with the panel. You’ve got to get that chemistry.”

The panel being referred to is the one that of course consists of will.i.am, Jennifer Hudson, Olly Murs, and Sir Tom Jones.

Whilst Willis looks like a shoe-in for hosting duties on The Voice UK for the foreseeable future, what will be of Channel 5 reality show Big Brother remains to be seen. Rumours suggest it could be about to get the axe, and it’s not something Willis is happy about.

“I’m hoping it’s not the last Big Brother,” she said. “I hope they recommission it. I love it. They did brilliant things in January. I think they could do that for the summer series.”

We’ll bring you more news on both The Voice UK and Big Brother as and when we get it!
