Emma Willis wants Gwen Stefani, Pink or Katy Perry to replace Kylie Minogue as a mentor on The Voice UK.

The 38-year-old star co-hosts the pop star search show with Marvin Humes and she thinks any one of the three singers would be perfect to take a spot on the panel.

She said: "I think Gwen Stefani would be amazing, as would Katy Perry or Pink. They're hugely successful women, but they're really likeable and honest too, which you need in a show like that. You can't be stringing people along."

Kylie is confirmed to be departing 'The Voice', while it is not yet known if Ricky Wilson, will.i.am and Sir Tom Jones will return.

As well as co-hosting the BBC One series Emma also presents the live 'Big Brother' shows.

The brunette beauty - who has two children, daughter Isabelle, five, and two-year-old son Ace, with her husband, McBusted star Matt Willis - never considered giving up her 'BB' role for 'The Voice' as she loves working on both programmes.

When asked if she considered quitting 'Big Brother' when she landed 'The Voice' job, she replied: "No, and I was never asked to choose. They're very different shows. My daughter loves 'The Voice', but she'll be in double-digits before she's allowed to watch 'Big Brother'."
