Holly Hagan doesn't think she'd have ever gotten on Geordie Shore if she hadn't acted as "disgusting" as she did during the show's first series.

The 22-year-old star - who has gone from a size 16 to size 8 in four years - has admitted that she "cringes" when she looks back on series one of the MTV show, having flashed her boobs and cheated on her boyfriend on the first episode of the show alone, however she also believes that she would never have been chosen to appear on the programme if she hadn't behaved in the way she did.
She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I completely cringe [when I look back at series one of Geordie Shore]. It's awful. I look back on it and think I can't believe I was ever that person. It's disgusting, but I probably wouldn't have ever got in the show if I wasn't like that! Everything happens for a reason, but I'm a completely different person now. I'm glad I was that person though, so I can now be the person I am today."
While the reality TV star is seen dating fellow 'Geordie Shore' cast member Kyle Christie on the show at the moment, she revealed that her series one antics have started to become a problem for her when she meets new people, and she's worried that she won't ever shake off her "promiscuous" appearance.
Holly said: "It's just got to a point now, where I'm always going to have that stigma against me, I'm always going to have that title of being the way that I was, and being promiscuous. I'm never going to shake that off, and it's only now that it's becoming a problem. If I do meet someone, that is always their first perception of me, and I'm probably going to have that for the rest of my life now."
