The female celebrities have been warned by show medic Bob McCarron that the jungle camp is under threat from a large number of ticks that are poisonous and can cause breasts and bums to become unnaturally "swollen".

Bob revealed: "We have had a real problem with ticks this season. They have poison and we take it very seriously. "I've actually got a couple of crew with very large swollen legs and arms at the moment from tick bites.

"Ticks like to hide in strange places, I've taken a couple out of people's bums and a couple out of breasts.

"Some of the breasts in this show are quite large, which is a problem."

As an emergency measure Bob's team were drafted in to remove almost 200 ticks from the infested site.

And while Vicky's ample 32D chest puts her in danger, it's 27-year-old beauty Jorgie who could suffer the most because her breasts are real.

Bob told the Daily Star newspaper: "I've never had a tick on an implant. Maybe they realise it's not 100 per cent and don't bite there."

Meanwhile, the medic revealed he's also been called in to help "dizzy" celebs who have been struggling in the blistering Australian heat.

He added: "There's been a couple of stars who have had a few dizzy spells and we've given them some electrolyte drinks and some glucose."
