The Spandau Ballet frontman is one of 10 celebrities who have been officially confirmed for the upcoming series of the hit reality show.

The 55-year-old star - who has admitted he doesn't like cockroaches ahead of his stint in the jungle - plans to offer his fellow campmates a shoulder to cry on but has confessed he will miss his wife and five kids.

Asked who his dream campmate would be, he said: "Shane Richie, Rick Astley and Bobby Davro would be such a laugh."

However, Tony will have to make do with the celebrities that have been selected to join him and they include former boxing champion Chris and royal biographer Lady Colin.

Also set to arrive in Australia to compete in the famous Bushtucker trials are 'Hollyoaks' actress Jorgie Porter, former 'Dragon's Den' star Duncan Bannatyne, 'What Not To Wear's Susannah Constantine, retired footballer Kieron Dyer, choreographer Brian Friedman, 'Most Haunted' presenter Yvette Fielding and Union J's George Shelley.

Revealing his fears before heading to camp, the 22-year-old singer said: "I know it sounds ridiculous to have a phobia of moths but I do. As a kid, I got told a story about how moths are the ghosts of ancestors or something and there is a video of me running away from a moth! It's hilarious.

"What trials am I dreading then? Ones that involve four-legged animals. As for the eating ones, well I like my food - but food that tastes nice!"

The announcement comes after it was claimed the majority of the stars in the official line-up as well as reality TV stars Vicky Pattison, Ferne McCann and Spencer Matthews were set to appear on the show.

'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!' starts this Sunday November 15 at 9pm on ITV.
