James Jordan has accused 'Strictly Come Dancing' judge Craig Revel Horwood of being a "vile" hypocrite.

The 37-year-old dancer - who was professional on the BBC dance contest until 2013 - has spoken out after Craig claimed his wife Ola Jordan should be banned from making sexy calendars because 'Strictly' is a "family show".

James said: "How can he say it's not OK to sell a sexy Christmas calendar, but it is OK to sell his own book telling the world he was a drunken rent boy, and call it 'All Balls and Glitter'?

"Innuendo, anyone? Is that what a 'family show' is all about, Craig?"

James went on to insist that Craig - who has been in a relationship with former 'Britain's Got Talent' contestant Damon Scott since 2013 - wouldn't have complained if one of Ola's male colleagues had posed for raunchy photos for a calendar shoot.

He told Best magazine: "I'm pretty sure if one of the male dancers had brought out a calendar pouring milk over himself, he wouldn't have reacted in the same way."

And the former 'Celebrity Big Brother' contestant claimed his wife has no choice but to earn money from other ventures because she's not paid enough to be on the show.

James added: "Like most of the dancers on 'Strictly', Ola has to earn money.

"We have bills to pay and, I can assure you, the professional dancers are paid a lot less than the [judging] panel for working flipping hard .

"They are training for up to 14 hours a day. Meanwhile, the judges are reportedly getting £110,000 for one day a week."
