Lauren Goodger has admitted that she thinks her ex-boyfriend Mark Wright's routines on Strictly Come Dancing are "embarrassing".
The former star of TOWIE says she cannot bear to watch Mark in action on the BBC One show because his routines are so cringe-worthy.
Speaking in heat magazine she explained: "It's embarrassing. I mean, what is he doing? I watch and can't stop laughing at his dancing and the faces he pulls. I don't know why he does it - he looks silly."
Mark found himself in the bottom two of the competition two weeks ago, which left him broken and in tears, with judge Craig Revel Horwood recently criticising his emotional outburst.
Craig said: "Pull yourself together. Man up. It's only a dancing show and not World War Three.
"Don't get upset when you get criticised by the judges. We're there to help and we're there to criticise. It's our job."
Mark has also recently stated that his busy schedule training for the competition means he hasn't seen as much of Michelle Keegan as he'd like to - his fiancée.
"It's been so great living together but then Strictly started and everything went crazy. We've been taken away from each other a little bit.
"But 'Strictly...' is finishing at Christmas, as is the TV drama she's working on, so we're going to take January off, relax and get ready for next year's wedding."
