For the first time in Housewives history, the new season of Real Housewives of New York City will be available to fans in the UK the day after it airs in the US, thanks to reality TV streaming service hayu.
New Housewife Tinsley Mortimer will join the cast this time round, with returning ladies Bethenny Frankel, Carole Radziwill, Dorinda Medley, Luann de Lesseps, Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan stepping back into the fray. Check out a preview from the show below:
Picking up the pieces after a dramatic season conclusion last year, the women will close some chapters in their lives, while others embark on all-new adventures. Will the women be able to leave the past where it belongs, or will old troubles resurface and sever friendships once more?
This season, Bethenny is healthier and happier than ever with her life coming back together now that her divorce has finale been finalised. A feud with Ramona however will threaten her peace, with the Turtle Time-loving Housewife celebrating her birthday. Dating and hoping to teach the other ladies how to pick up men, she’s still riding the Ramona-coaster as always.
Taking heat last season and being accused of standing in Bethenny’s shadow, Carole will this year make an effort to connect with the other women in the cast, with some surprising connections being formed.
Sonja and Dorinda have tension like never before, with Sonja making accusations about Dorinda’s personal life that leads to a major feud. Elsewhere, Sonja is caught in a love triangle and must make some big decisions as to her romantic future.
New housewife Tinsley Mortimer is still reeling from her run-in with the law, but makes her return to New York, where it all began for her. Ready to start afresh, will she be able to get everything back she once had?
