The 'Call the Midwife' actress has confessed she's worried about performing the Rumba to the 27-year-old star's new hit single this weekend.

She admitted: "I can't believe that we've been allowed to dance to this beautiful song.

"It's sort of a pressure. Everybody's singing this song at the moment. You don't want to do an awful dance to the most beautiful song out there at the moment."

The 31-year-old star's professional dance partner Aljaz Skorjanec is also feeling under pressure.

He added: "We need to do it justice."

However, he's insisted he hasn't made the choreography any easier for Helen this week.

Speaking on 'Strictly' spin-off show 'It Takes Two' last night (04.11.15), he said: "It is a hard dance because it's slow. Every single mistake is so exposed. As soon as you go wrong, even for 1 per cent, it's so visual. It's so important to practice it and make it gel and gooey all the way through."

In addition to the pressure of dancing to one of the most popular songs of the moment, Helen and Aljaz could also become the first couple in 'Strictly' history to receive a perfect score from the judges following a Rumba.

'Strictly Come Dancing' continues on Saturday (07.11.15) at 6.30pm on BBC One.
