Steve McFadden Dumped

Steve McFadden has been dumped by the mother of his two-month-old baby.

The 'EastEnders' actor - who plays hardman Phil Mitchell in the BBC soap - and Dr. Rachel Sidwell have called time on their relationship after she claimed she could no longer trust him.

Rachel is quoted by Britain's The Sun newspaper as saying: "He can't be trusted.

"I'm in pieces. I'm too upset to talk about it."

Just two months ago Steve and Rachel - who both have children from previous relationships - were celebrating the birth of their daughter Amelie Tinkerbell and Steve said her birth had changed him for the better.

However, relations between the pair have since soured and it is thought Rachel has got back together with her estranged husband Dr. James Green, who she split from in order to be with Steve.

A spokesman for the BBC soap said they had no comment on the break up.
