Emma Atkins is scared of cows.
The 'Emmerdale' actress - who plays Charity Tate on the ITV soap - hates bovines, despite starring in the rural-themed show for nearly six years.
The 34-year-old star explained: "I'm cow-phobic, which is not helpful in 'Emmerdale'. I think I was chased as a kid. I just can't stand in a field of cows."

Emma is also afraid of washing her hair because the long blonde locks become completely unruly as soon as they get wet.
She said: "I know I'm having a bad hair day when I've washed it, because it goes completely unmanageable. It's at its best about a week later."
When it comes to food, Emma admits her cravings are often as unmanageable as her hair.
"My greatest weakness is pudding. There isn't one I don't like. Food is very important. My perfect Sunday is waking up to home-made coffee and poached eggs on toast."
