Helen Flanagan is dating a Chelsea footballer.

The 20-year-old actress - whose 'Coronation Street' alter-ego Rosie Webster is desperate to become attached to a footballer- began romancing Scott Sinclair in December and sources say they are smitten with each other.

A source told The Daily Mirror newspaper: "It is early days but they seem to really like each other. They are both young and are just having fun at the moment, but they do get on very well together."

In 'Coronation Street', Rosie is about to embark on a relationship with a man claiming to be a footballer for local team Weatherfield County.

She starts seeing hunky character Kyle Dimitri and boasts to locals at the Rovers Return: "I was so born to be a WAG."

However, her dreams are dashed when it turns out he's not a player and just sells burgers outside the ground.
