Tina Hobley's daughter thinks her mum is "boring".

The 'Holby City' actress - who plays nurse Chrissie Williams in the BBC medical drama - admits 10-year-old Isabella isn't that interested in watching her on the TV as there are other programmes she would much rather see.

She said: "She'll watch it occasionally but if there's something else on to her liking, she'll switch straight over. She'd rather watch 'Hannah Montana' over mummy on TV because I'm boring."

But Isabella does think James is rather cute - in fact, she's sat beside me blushing away right now.

However, Tina - who also has a 15-month-old daughter Olivia with second husband Oli Wheeler - says Isabella is more keen to watch 'Holby City' when her mum is filming scenes with her handsome co-star James Anderson.

She said: "But Isabella does think James is rather cute - in fact, she's sat beside me blushing away right now."

Tina's character is about to embark on a steamy relationship with James' alter-ego, trainee doctor Oliver Valentine, and the actress admits she's very lucky to be working with him.

She told Britain's Inside Soap magazine: "Oliver's really pretty - and if Chrissie didn't have a relationship at work, there'd be no drama. I've really enjoyed playing it - and James is a wonderful actor."
