Patsy Kensit's Thrilling Name Change

Patsy Kensit was "thrilled" when she saw her married name appear on the 'Holby City' credits.

The actress - who wed music producer Jeremy Healy in April - has changed her moniker to Patsy Kensit Healy as she wanted to show her husband how much she meant to him.

Patsy - who has been married three times before - said: "It's such a silly juvenile thing but when I went back to work and saw it on the call sheet, I though, oh my God! I was thrilled. When the first episode aired, I made sure Jeremy watched the credits. He was laughing, it made no difference to him, but for me it was a real statement, because it's something I've never done before. At certain points in my life my name is the only thing I've had, for good or bad reasons. It was a big declaration for me. I hope not to shame the name and do him proud!"
