Ricky Whittle felt "violated" when he met Pamela Anderson.

The 'Hollyoaks' actor - who plays Calvin Valentine in the Chester-based soap - says the former 'Baywatch' babe tried to chat him up and while he found her very attractive, he admits he was a little scared.

Talking about Pamela, who has previously been linked to TV presenter Steve Jones, Ricky said: "I've been chatted up by Pamela Anderson. I felt a bit violated! She's so much more attractive in person. It was after Steve Jones 'dated' her - then again everyone comes after Steve! He's been everywhere!"

Ricky also revealed he gets charged more on his car insurance because he's a famous actor.

The TV hunk said: "Car insurance is so expensive - if I wasn't an actor, I'd pay £3,500 less for my car. Apparently, because 'we socialise with other celebrities', if we crashed then the insurers are more likely to have to pay out more for their car as well. There's an interesting fact for you."
