'EastEnders' actor John Partridge thinks men who undergo plastic surgery look ''horrendous''.
John Partridge has vowed never to have Botox again.
The 'EastEnders' actor - who recently sat on the 'Over The Rainbow' judging panel - thinks men who undergo plastic surgery look "horrendous".
He said: "After one jab of Botox, I'll never mess with my face again. Plastic surgery on men looks horrendous."
The 38-year-old TV star is also desperate for women to avoid skin-smoothing and invasive treatments and grow old gracefully instead.
He added to Closer magazine: "Women need to be careful too. What's wrong with aging gracefully like Joanna Lumley? Heidi Montag's ruined her face by having so much surgery."
John - who plays openly-gay Christian Clarke in the BBC One soap - prefers to keep healthy naturally these days.
He recently admitted he is such a "gym junkie" his colleagues made him plan lunchtime keep-fit sessions for them, but he was forced to give these up when they became too popular.
He said: "I could be labelled a gym junkie but there are worse things to be addicted to than dumbbells.
"I used to do Johnny's 30-Minute Burn... loads of people, Patsy Palmer, Rita Simons, crew and runners... everyone. But it's difficult because people's schedules change at the last minute. So I thought, 'screw this, I'm not going to lose my lunch hour and my own work out'. So I stopped."
