Tina O'Brien Back To Working Out

Tina O'Brien is only just beginning returning to normal after giving birth.
The former 'Coronation Street' actress had daughter Scarlett eight months ago and has taken her time to regain her pre-baby figure, but says she's now more comfortable with her figure.
She said: "I've been working out, but I haven't been eating healthily! It's taking so long, but I'm nearly there and feel more like me.
I'm starting to get twitchy now. I haven't wanted to before. I want to do anything! I just miss doing things myself really.
"When you've got a new baby, the last thing that should be on your mind is losing weight. But now, it's time to think about it! I've just started running with a friend who does personal training."
Although Tina - who is dating her former co-star Ryan Thomas - is enjoying every moment of being a mother, she admits she's looking forward to returning to work.
She said: "I'm starting to get twitchy now. I haven't wanted to before. I want to do anything! I just miss doing things myself really."

I agree that right after a baby is a great time to work out. It will not only make you feel better, but give you more energy to keep up with your newborn Testo
